Appointment Cancellation Policy (Within 24 Hours)

To respect our team’s time and to keep our schedule running smoothly, FINE HANDS HOME DESIGN AND CONTRACTING follows a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation cost.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the consultation fee.
  • If payment has not yet been made, the cancellation fee will be invoiced before any future appointments can be booked.
  • Emergencies or exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Payment & Booking Confirmation

  • If payment has not been made, the booking is not confirmed.
  • Bookings are only secured once payment is received.
  • Appointments without payment 48 hours prior will be cancelled and released to other clients. You will need to schedule a new appointment to secure a time slot.
